 LET'S BEGIN

WHERE IS YOUR STUDIO?


The studio is based in Mortlake, East Sheen, South West London, Zone 3 which is twenty-five minutes on a train from London Waterloo station. There are also good bus connections from Hammersmith: 33, 419 Wandsworth: 337 Clapham Junction: 337 Richmond: 33, 419, 493 There is free parking if you wish to travel by car. A confirmation email with the full address will follow once you have booked a session.




WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?


As I do not ask for a deposit to secure your slot there is nothing for you to lose. However, I would appreciate a 72 hour notice in case of cancellation or rescheduling.




CAN I HAVE A SHAVE?


Yes, you can. If you need photos with and without facial hair, just bring your razor, foam and towel.




CAN I CHANGE MY CLOTHES AND HAIR THROUGHOUT THE SESSION?


Yes, you can. A couple or a few times.




HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?


There are a few options. You can pay in person (cash or card), online or make a bank transfer. Please note: I don't accept cheques.




WHAT ABOUT MAKE-UP?


Keep it simple and bring it with you. You can always touch it up if neccesary. If you wish to have it done by a professional make-up artist (MUA), let me know in advance and I will source one for you for additional £100-150 (dependent on availability).




CAN I PARK MY CAR THERE?


Yes, you can and it's free.




WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY RETOUCHED PHOTOS?


Turn around is approximately 7 working days after you have made your selection from your contact sheet.




ANY TIPS HOW TO PREPARE FOR A SESSION?

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE MY CONTACT SHEET?


Your contact sheet will be available online the following day.




PRIVACY POLICY: HOW WILL YOU USE THE INFORMATION ABOUT ME?


To contact you concerning your booking, to manage your booking, retouching and delivering your digital photographs. Your name will be kept on file as this is the only way to manage archived photos should you wish to access them in the future. None of your personal information will be shared with or sold to any third party without your consent. Should you wish to be forgotten or any of your personal information to be removed, please contact me directly: hello@yarmolichphotography.com




DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE VAT?


No, they are VAT exempt.




WILL I RECEIVE A RECEIPT?


Yes, you will once a full payment has been received.
